The work

As a Sales (Senior) Manager you will be responsible to drive new business development opportunities focusing on Adobe. You will take the lead in shaping client specific value propositions and proposals and you are responsible for pipeline origination and conversion. 

You will do this by working collaboratively with clients, our partner network and internal Accenture teams. Subsequently, you will play a consultative role in the first phases of projects that are sold until the delivery and implementation teams are successfully up and running and in case it’s needed remain involved as a strategic advisor to the client. You will be a senior key person in our Sales team focused on the world’s greatest tech-powered customer experience-team together with our experts in each area.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at our clients.
  • Develop relationships with sales/platform leadership and account executives to jointly engage in pre-sales and qualification activities.
  • Effectively engage with colleagues and leadership to maintain their continued support of the propositions. 
  • Use differentiators to shape unique propositions.
  • Originate, shape and manage successful transitions of the opportunities to the Delivery teams.
  • You are used to Tech Platforms such as Adobe and what is needed to strategically advice a client. For technical details you will work together with our world-renowned Solution team both in the region as well as globally.

Qualifications

Here's what you will need

  • Completed bachelor or master’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or technical fields. 
  • 6-12 years of relevant work experience in Sales, Adobe and technology driven customer experience at an (creative / digital) agency or Services company. 
  • Experience in Sales delivered to customers in the Benelux region.
  • Your experience is focused on how to strategically deliver world-class customer experience within Marketing operations, Content activation and Personalisation.
  • An excellent track record in pipeline generation and pipeline conversion, including a strong network of relationships.  
  • Excellent senior client stakeholder communication skills, structured, strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
