The Work
As a Data & AI Security Manager at Accenture Security NL, you will advise our clients on how to secure their IT environments from a holistic perspective. Holistic in the sense that security consists of more than just the technology, but always relies on people and processes for success in keeping our client’s valuable data secure. Typically, that would look as follows;
People You are the linking pin between the business, IT, and the security department and you make sure that the security measures that are being implemented, are also understood by the business.
Processes Data Security have impact on existing security processes or might require new ones. You are able to define and discuss the processes required for efficient and effective security operations.
Technology Data Security relies on techniques such as data obfuscation, hashing, encryption, etc. You must be able to understand these techniques and their purpose. But please note that in this role, it is not expected of you to do hands-on command line engineering knowledge.
Data Ownership Client data is crucial for their business goals, the goals that we are trying to protect. You will drive security measures to protect this data and enable the business.

You will be part of the Data & AI Security team that delivers security value for large and complex organizations. You are expected to demonstrate consulting experience through strong communication skills that speak to a diverse field of stakeholders, from stakeholders involved in IT/security operations to stakeholders accountable for high-level security objectives. Typical activities that you perform at our clients include:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
Work together with Accenture teams such as Technology, Strategy, and Operations;
Manage Data & AI Security delivery programs consisting of multiple workstreams, phases, or releases, including financials and staffing;
Ability to lead security consultants and security analysts;
Drive Data & AI Security and Data Protection opportunities, including solution planning, deal shaping, estimating, and pricing
Support Data & AI Security proposal development and sales/marketing collateral;
Lead Data & AI Security and Data Protection strategy, roadmap, and vision definition;
Maintain relationships with technology vendors to develop offerings.

Qualifications
Here's what you'll need
You are passionate about security, love what you do and have a genuine desire to outsmart the bad guys. You have the experience to analyze a clients’ security posture, anticipate security requirements and help find right-sized solutions based on industry leading practices. You have a proven track record working successfully in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’re a creative, analytical problem solver with above average documentation skills who can speak to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are eager to put your skills to use by helping us help our clients inject security at every level of their organization. The Data & AI Security Manager is required to grow Accenture's security offerings related to data and AI security, with a focus on data protection capabilities.
The following list is the requirements for the Data & AI Security Manager position:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, building and implementing data security solutions and/or projects;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading teams that deliver data security solutions and/or projects;
Experience in the following fields: Data Protection Reporting & Analytics; Insider Threat Integration, Secure Data Management, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Classification, Information Rights Management (IRM), Data Discovery, and Data Security Architecture;
Affinity with AI security related topics;
A Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably related to Business IT or Security, such as Business Informatics, Computer Security, ICT & Business, Business Analytics, Data Science or equivalent;
A team player that knows how to communicate in layman’s terms and who can analyse, advise on, and solve complex challenges;
Fluent in English and/or Dutch.
Bonus points if you have
Security professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPP or ISO 27001
Experience leading business development and sales capture process
Experience providing consulting services to Fortune / Global 1000 Clients
