Your mission is clear: cultivate robust supplier relationships, streamline contracting processes, and optimize the impact of existing supplier contracts.

Collaboration is key as you work closely with fellow supplier managers, recruiters, procurement, and HR professionals to ensure optimal agreements with suppliers.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Relationship management

  • Develop and maintain an efficient supplier portfolio, overseeing recruitment and temporary labor management

  • Foster strong collaborations with suppliers to support delivering the best flex employees to our client under the right conditions

  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Oversee and manage the daily operational processes with internal clients and suppliers


  • Collaborate closely with the Team Lead Supplier Management to drive all activities related to the supplier portfolio

  • Lead supplier contracting efforts, establishing effective SLAs and KPIs

  • Organize cross-functional review meetings to enhance supplier performance and reduce costs

  • Manage daily operational processes related to rates and terms and conditions

Skill growth focus

  • Employ your expertise to gather market intelligence on suppliers and supplier management in the domain of HR and Recruitment

  • Analyze internal and external data to inform strategic decision-making

  • Develop management reporting

  • Cultivate and maintain a relevant internal network within Accenture and the client

  • Lead and execute improvement projects

Our Accenture Operations professionals maintain specific business processes, business applications and IT infrastructure solutions for our clients. You will be an integral part of Accenture Operations, contributing to in-house Recruitment at our client in Veldhoven. The services provided by this team include global, end-to-end recruitment activities.



  • Proven track record with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Business Economics

  • Knowledge of the temporary labor market and/or corporate services sourcing and procurement

  • Proficiency in Dutch (preferred) and English (mandatory)

  • Strong communication and motivation skills

  • 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience with contract negotiation and administration

  • Affinity with and motivation to work in recruitment

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • A proactive and ambitious mindset focused on driving service excellence and continuous improvement

  • Ability to build and manage strong relationships internally and externally

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Possibility to travel to the office in Veldhoven/Eindhoven two times per week
