We are seeking a results-driven SAP professional with experience in Business Analytics Solution Delivery and or Solution architecture to join our SAP Enterprise and Industry Platforms Team (IPT) in Europe. To ensure success as an SAP consultant, you should possess extensive knowledge of Enterprise Reporting, Analytics and AI on SAP data. Upon joining IPT SAP practice in Europe, you will have the opportunity to develop further your career in SAP across Europe.

The role
On a typical week, you will …
- Connect in the daily stand-up meeting with your on- and off-shore delivery team for Enterprise Reporting in a large SAP S/4HANA transformation for a global client.
- Update and communicate your work stream status with the program management.
- Review and sign-off key design decisions for the next project phase.
- Have a break to connect with a former colleague over lunch.
- Support pre-sales for another SAP transformation as SAP Analytics subject matter expert.
- Learn by listening to a presentation of a technology ecosystem partner.
- Share learnings and present an asset to the larger SAP Analytics capability in Accenture across Europe
As a SAP Business Analytics Delivery Manager, you’ll often be required to:

Qualifications
Several years of experience in designing and successfully implementing enterprise reporting and business analytics on data in companies using SAP for their (core) business processes.
Project delivery experience (Architecture Advisory, System Integration, Application Management Services in the context of (large) SAP business and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs like leading Enterprise Reporting workstreams.
A solid combination of business process with technical expertise in data and analytics for SAP-centric companies:
- Expertise in business processes like enterprise performance management, supply chain, ESG, related business data models based on SAP business applications, KPIs, value trees and steering models.
- Deep technical expertise in data & analytics solutions for clients using SAP business applications.
A proven track-record in delivering SAP Analytics projects from pre-sales, shaping and designing the solution, solution design, estimation, staffing, client workshop presentation analyze, build, test, deploy, handover and hyper care.
A strong collaborative mindset with clients, colleagues, and ecosystem partners
Effective communication skills (verbal, written, visual) in business fluent English.

You would be at an advantage if you have:
- Specific industry knowledge related to analytics in Consumer Goods and Services (CGS), Retail or Life Sciences Industry.
- Experience in end-2-end data management from ingestion, transformation, curation and sharing in legacy (SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA) and new (SAP BTP – Datasphere, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Google BigQuery) data platforms.
- Experience in visualizing and generating insights based on SAP and other data by applying BI, visualization and other tools (e.g., SAP BTP - SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft PowerBI)
- Certified as architect or data engineer on Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, or other cloud data platforms.
- Experience in other SAP applications like SAP ECC, Suite on HANA and SAP S/4HANA including “legacy” SAP Analytics tools like Analysis for Office, Lumira, etc.
- Proficient in both agile delivery methodology (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, PRINCE2) as well as ”waterfall”
- Leading mixed, diverse teams (client, on-/near-/offshore) and collaborate in large project organisations.
