Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or higher degree.

  • Approx 3 years of experience in consulting Systems Integration.

  • Good technical skills in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and

  • DB Understanding of E2E technical architectures, integration patterns and security, ideally on Salesforce platform.

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment

  • Able to sense the needs of our clients combined with a desire to provide excellent customer service

Desirable Skills:

  • Salesforce specific experience

  • Ideally people with background in B2B Commerce Integration, Mulesoft or others Industry solutions such as Manufacturing Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud

  • People with potential to become SF Architects, ambitious to develop, grow, work on international projects etc.

  • Some prior working experience, ideally in Consulting, e.g. smaller consulting firms, keen to join a big firm like Accenture, or in the industry, ideally in a PRD subindustry

  • Expected to have hands on experience and training on SF platform, but would also consider people with experience on other platforms such as Microsoft or SAP that we would then cross train on Salesforce.

  • Happy to take on hybrid roles, people with hands-on technical experience but business mindset

  • Front office focus preferred, not Backoffice.

  • Industry experience open, does NOT have to be Consumer Goods, but would be great to be in the broader PRD space, e.g. Industrial Equipment, Automotive, Manufacturing or also Life Science
