Your impact

As a Customer Service Officer you provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries. Work together with other support teams or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents. Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing. 

We are building a new team in our Accenture office in Heerlen to service clients located all over Europe. This provides you the opportunity to learn from the international teams and further build the team in Heerlen.

It is good to know that this team will be working in two shifts: 8:00-16:00 and 10:00-18:00

Your background

  • MBO 4 or Associates degree
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • We have two teams, so in addition you are either fluent in German or in French
  • Problem solver, communicative and ready to join a new and growing team

Note that experience in customer service is preferred but not a must. If you do not have the experience but do have the right drive, we will provide the right training for this job.
