Contact Center Analyst with Dutch

Job description 

You do administrative department activities like employee data processing, labor documents creation, preparing specific addendums and work statements and you provide admin support for client company’s employees. Next to this part of your role are Contact Center activities like offering support to client employees with regards to their benefits, employment status and other Human Resources matters

Place in the organization 

Accenture Operations in Romania delivers Operations services to more than 30 clients in 25 languages, for Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Industry Specific, Procurement and Business Support services. 


  • Excellent Dutch Skills
  • Open and Communicative
  • Good phone management skills - would be a plus
  • Availability to relocate to Timisoara
