Primary responsibilities include:
Work closely with clients on complex client problems and leverage your domain knowledge combined with consulting skillset to help them achieve their goals.
Lead the project delivery, support in areas such as process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and/or software procurement.
Interface with cross functional client teams to perform project management activities.
Support leaders in drafting winning pitches and discover new business opportunities.
Mentor team members contribute to their professional development.
Support asset development contribute to thought leadership, staffing, and capability development.
Estimate resource effort and cost budgets.
Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and recommendations that will drive the success and growth of the solutions and programs in the market.

Qualifications
Qualifications :
6-12 years of work experience in top strategy, management, technology consulting firms, and/or analytics firms for banks/ financial services
Experience in managing, leading teams, and/ or delivering complex transformation programs in Banking
Experience of digital transformation, payment tools such as Swift, ISO20022, MT to MX migration, SEPA
Experience in providing consulting services to the client to facilitate the design, development, and implementation of Payment solutions such as GPP, EPP, Volpay, Volante Designer, OPF, TCS Bancs Payments system or Cards (VisionPlus or TSYS)
Experience in leading and managing agile learning projects in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to Cards – issuing, acquiring, core payments, digital payments, payments transformation, payments hub implementation
