Aditi Kulkarni leads Accenture's Advanced Technology Centers across Global Network and India. A community of 300,000+ technology professionals delivering on commitments to over 2,000 clients worldwide and helping clients reinvent their technology portfolios and accelerate their transformation journeys. Aditi is also a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.
Her work sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and business value — partnering with CxOs to embed AI-by-Design and Agentic automation into how Accenture solutions and delivers, so clients see real outcomes from their enterprise programs, faster.
Over 27 years, Aditi has designed, architected, and delivered large-scale technology, digital and data-AI transformations for Fortune 500 companies. She has built intelligent automation platforms, led enterprise data strategies as a Master Data Architect, and championed engineering practices like SAFe/Agile and DevOps at scale across Accenture India.
Some highlights from her journey include leading Accenture's Value Chain transformation, connecting the digital thread end to end—from opportunity through delivery—with AI. She has also led Product Engineering teams and, as Global Assets Engineering Lead, built flagship intelligent automation platforms. Along the way, she has been recognized as an Accenture Prolific Inventor and had the opportunity to share her perspectives on technology and innovation at forums including ET.CIO, CAST, Splunk, and TechGig.
Aditi holds a B.E. in Computer Science (Mumbai University Rank Holder) and is currently pursuing a Master's in AI & Machine Learning with a Generative AI specialization at International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT-B) and Liverpool John Moores University. She holds certifications including Accenture Enterprise Solution Architect, Master Data Architect, Master Automation Architect, Senior Technology Architect, Elite Client Quality Director, AWS Certified Professional, and Certified ML Professional, Certified Generative AI with Large Language Models professional.
