Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor. Understand and anticipate industry challenges to provide insightful guidance and support. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Expert proficiency in Mining Operations. Master proficiency in Mining Planning and Scheduling. A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Advanced problem-solving skills. Advanced communication skills. Intermediate project coordination skills. Intermediate analytical thinking skills. Beginner negotiation skills.
Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technology, Economics, Accounting, Administration, or equivalent. Advanced degrees are a plus. 5 10 years of experience in Mining companies, technology firms servicing the Mining sector, or consulting roles related to Mining. Deep expertise in Sales Pursuit Management within the Mining industry is critical. Solid proficiency in Account Management, focused on Mining technology solutions, is highly recommended. Proven track record in client proposals, business relationship building, and development. Consulting experience in technological solutions or strategies aligned with Mining challenges. Exceptional interpersonal and team leadership skills. Strong understanding of innovative technologies applicable to the Mining industry, such as IoT, AI, data analytics, sustainability solutions, and operational efficiency tools. Mining Expertise and Technology Focus This role demands a unique combination of Mining industry knowledge and a solid technological background. The successful candidate will be adept at bringing together expertise to identify and implement technology driven solutions that address operational challenges, sustainability goals, and growth opportunities for our Mining clients.
