We are looking for a Recruiting Associate Manager who is comfortable and flexible to work in a dynamic environment within the Technology and Operations industry in Mauritius. The role sits within the Human Resources team of 35+ professionals and entails development and execution of HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Design and Strategies

Design the yearly joiner plan in collaboration with Supply demand Team, market intelligence and support the implementation and delivery to meet business goals

Develop and adapt recruitment strategies to meet growth and recruitment targets within defined timeline

Track and obtain recruitment data and need to support process and compliance requirements

Demonstrate concern for meeting changing customer needs, meet requirements in a manner that provides customer satisfaction and customer delight. Interact with clients and candidates

Use appropriate tools and problem-solving techniques to work with ambiguity and pre-empt or resolve problems

Recruitment Metrics and Best Practices

Manage, track, and build reporting metrics using HRMS in place - Workday. Use appropriate tools to manage candidates’ pipeline versus demands requirements

Demonstrate recruitment achievements, challenges and targets on a timely fashion to all stakeholders as required

Execute and track manual role postings to niche sites and careers portal as required based on recruiter provided specifications

Team Management

Oversee and manage Accenture Recruitment team

Support and counsel talents on career progression throughout entire lifecycle, including participation in annual performance management cycle and career development plan

Act as recruitment subject matter expert to advice and coach on recruitment activities

Cost Optimization

Manage recruitment budgets end-to-end, create and manage purchase orders, and answer inquiries regarding payments

Budget planning includes and not limited to recruitment payroll plan, recruitment initiatives and events

Work may include

Facilitate and follow up on candidate travel logistics, working with candidate, approved travel agency and immigration partners.

Coordinate logistics, such as booking interview rooms, soliciting interviewers, scheduling candidates, creation of interview schedule, ordering catering, assembling candidate packets, etc. Schedule final consensus meetings with client interviewer and recruiter

Prepare offer letters and contract packages and coordinate approval routing, distribution and retention

Conduct reference checks under Accenture Background check framework

Track employee referrals and coordinate timely referral payout processing

Key Competencies:

  • Business acumen within Technology and Operations industry and ability to communicate with a diverse talent population
  • Strong executive presence: speak comfortably with HR and Business Leadership to articulate a POV
  • Collaborative work style; willing to coach and be coached by others
  • Trusted relationship development with key business stakeholders
  • Innate eagerness to drive actions through analytics and insights, and find new strategic solutions to “old” problems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Open to work in a hybrid environment including virtual and working from office

Qualifications

Qualifications and experience you need to get onboard:

  • 8+ years of working experience in Human Resources and/or relevant role
  • Proven experience as Recruitment lead in a global organization
  • Team management experience
  • Comfortable and proficient on any HRMS
  • Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management and/or any related field
