Qualifications
Key responsibilities
- Research and user-centric expertise: Conduct, analyze, and synthesize research findings to derive actionable insights, apply a user-centric approach, and ensure your work is influenced by user insights, and effectively communicate and present insights and design concepts, using strong storytelling skills, including board presentations.
- Elevate user experience: Craft top-notch UX/UI solutions and concepts that prioritize quality and user satisfaction.
- Full design participation: Be part of the entire design process, from the initial exploration and concept stages through prototyping, and provide support during development while closely collaborating with the development team to implement user-experience design best practices.
- Deliver comprehensive design: Translate insights into tangible results, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interface designs, and design systems.
- Mentorship: Share your knowledge and expertise by providing mentorship to junior designers and interns, fostering their growth and development.
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a UX/UI, Interaction and/or Service Designer, along with a portfolio showcasing your design process and completed projects.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering and launching end-to-end products, services, and processes, as well as the ability to accurately estimate levels of effort for design deliverables.
- High proficiency in design principles, best practices, and tools.
- Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary, collaborative, innovative, and teamoriented environment.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills in English.
Desired qualification
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Track record of effectively leading teams of designers in multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of Service Design principles, processes, and methodologies.
- EU citizenship (due to project)
