By 2025, we will achieve a gender balanced workforce–and by 2020, women will account for 25 percent of managing directors worldwide.
Our employees can set their start and finish times or work more hours over fewer days. They can telecommute, and we offer part-time arrangements.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) support our women and help them build networks through the Accenture Women’s Network–a global online platform.
Employees have a mentor and a personalized training program. Women comprise 41 percent of total participants in mentoring and development programs.
