Salesforce Junior Developer & Support Specialist
Do Salesforce týmu hledáme juniorního kolegu / kolegyni, který/á chce rozvíjet své dovednosti v enterprise prostředí. Budete se podílet na provozu a rozvoji Salesforce řešení pro mezinárodní klienty z různých odvětví, a to formou každodenního supportu, menších konfiguračních a vývojových úprav a spolupráce s kolegy z byznysu.
Co vás v roli čeká:
Práce v Salesforce týmu v rámci dlouhodobě provozovaných řešení
Řešení supportních ticketů a zajištění stability Salesforce platformy
Menší konfigurační a vývojové úpravy (Flows, validační pravidla, layouty, drobné opravy kódu)
Analýza incidentů, hledání příčin problémů a nasazování hotfixů
Úzká a srozumitelná komunikace řešení a spolupráce se stakeholdery
Podílení se na dokumentaci, údržbě platformy a jejím dlouhodobém zlepšování
Pravidelná komunikace v angličtině v mezinárodním prostředí
Co od Vás očekáváme:
1–2 roky zkušeností s implementací nebo supportem Salesforce
Certifikaci Salesforce Administrator + Sales nebo Service Cloud Consultant
Zkušenost se Sales Cloud / Service Cloud a Experience Cloud
Dobrou znalost Flow Builderu
Základní orientaci v Apexu a LWC
Výhodou bude:
Zkušenost z enterprise nebo regulovaného prostředí (banking, insurance)
Praktická znalost anebo certifikace z Financial Services Cloud
Základy ITIL (Incident, Change, Problem)
Znalost Salesforce support & maintenance best practices
