Technology Support Engineer

Drive incident and outage management, investigation, and restoration processes.
Monitor systems and analyze trends to enhance performance and prevent future incidents.
Track and facilitate the acceptance of changes to production environments.
Operate information technology production services in alignment with established protocols and service level agreements.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth and efficient technology operations.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Beginner proficiency in Workplace Technology Remote Support.
It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
