ご入社後は、公共サービス・医療健康業界チームへの所属となり、深い業界知見を武器に、社内外のメンバーとプロジェクトを組みながら、業界全体またはお客様の社会的価値・企業価値が向上するためのプラン策定や変革の実行をリードします。

下記のようなテーマに携わり、業界全体、お客様の変革を全面的に支援しています。
・中央官庁主導の産業別成長戦略（政策立案）
・中央官庁・地方自治体のデジタル・トランスフォーメーション
・独立行政法人、大学を含む教育機関、公的法人、政府系事業会社の変革
・スマートシティ、地方創生
・ヘルスケア産業
◆プロジェクト事例
・中央官庁に向けた特定産業の成長戦略策定
・マイナンバーカードの導入促進、スマートシティのプランニング、実践支援
・国立大学の経営統合における計画策定、実行支援
・独立行政法人、政府系事業会社、公的法人の運営モデル高度化、効率化
・医療産業に関する産業構造変革、パイロットプロジェクトの実行支援
・外国企業の誘致、訪日観光客拡大、日本企業の海外展開支援
◆応募要件
・公共サービス・医療健康業界における業務経験3年以上
・産業構造変革に対する熱意
・他者を巻き込むコミュニケーション能力
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・コンサルティング経験
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・英語を用いた実務経験
・テクノロジー/デジタルに関する知見・経験・熱意
