Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Experience in customizing and integrating SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software.
- Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing SAP EWM components for enhanced system performance.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
