As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the software you develop is scalable and performs efficiently. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements by leveraging modern development frameworks and continuously enhancing the quality and functionality of the software products you contribute to.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support team knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience with database integration and query optimization.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
