Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to review and refine software designs and implementations.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve software quality and development efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, and error handling.
- Familiarity with web services, APIs, and middleware technologies related to Workday integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
