Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management within SAP Project System.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Ability to customize and configure SAP Project System modules to meet specific business needs.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP Project System with other enterprise systems and modules.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
