Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing support to users, all while maintaining a proactive approach to system management and improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of new software features. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software debugging techniques. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with database management and SQL. - Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
