Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of the complete development lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to the backend components. The role requires actively engaging in designing, building, and refining solutions that enhance client services. Throughout the day, there is a focus on applying innovative approaches and emerging technologies to address complex business challenges. Collaboration with various stakeholders and adapting to an agile work environment are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering continuous improvement and delivering high-quality results.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing end-to-end solutions using SAP ABAP within HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and performance optimization techniques related to SAP HANA.
- Ability to design and implement efficient backend logic and user interface components.
- Familiarity with cloud-based development practices and agile methodologies.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
