Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. The workday includes analyzing requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and iterating on application features to enhance functionality and performance. Attention to detail and adaptability are essential as the engineer refines and customizes software components to support seamless business operations and user experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and application configuration techniques.
- Experience in integrating business process requirements into scalable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and methodologies to support team-based development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in O9 Solutions.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
