Project Role : Application Developer Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have Skills : Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll Good to Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : As a Subject Matter Expert - SME, responsible for Workday Studio delivery and configuration. Collaborate with teams to design, build, and deploy solutions aligned with business needs. Ensure compliance and best practices in Workday Studio implementations. Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement. Technical Experience : Led atleast 1 or 2 end to end full platform implementation projects.Proficiency in Workday Studio and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll. Experience with configuration, customization, and integration. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Certification in Workday Studio is mandatory. Professional Attributes : Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Studio.
