As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively collaborating with various teams to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The position emphasizes adopting a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. Daily activities include integrating new technologies and ensuring seamless functionality across the entire software stack, contributing to the continuous improvement of the system's performance and user experience.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps Architecture.
- Strong expertise in continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation tools.
- Ability to design scalable and resilient system architectures.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and performance optimization techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in DevOps Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
