Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

As a Solution Architect, your day involves transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of technology, functions, or platforms. You work closely with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to craft solutions that are not only feasible but also compelling, supporting the overall client value proposition and strengthening the business case. Your role requires continuous collaboration, strategic thinking, and ensuring that the solutions align with client expectations and organizational goals, making each day dynamic and impactful.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve existing solutions and processes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and robust technology solutions that meet client requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption when appropriate.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
