Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Good to have skills : Automated Testing, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Python (Programming Language)

Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure greater control, precision, and reliability. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and implementing intelligent solutions that elevate the quality and predictability of software testing outcomes. Collaboration with various teams to align testing efforts with organizational goals is a key aspect of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing processes and implement best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing objectives with project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, Automated Testing, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automated Testing, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex testing issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
