Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with team members to ensure that applications are aligned with organizational goals and are optimized for performance and usability. Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to meet evolving business demands are also key aspects of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of applications through thorough testing and validation.
- Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
