As an Enterprise Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive information technology solutions that span the entire organization. This role requires envisioning and structuring complex systems to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. The architect collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that technology strategies align with business goals, continuously exploring innovative approaches to improve products and services. The position demands a forward-thinking mindset to integrate emerging technologies and industry best practices into scalable and sustainable enterprise architectures.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of architectural standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Experience with integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to Electronic Data Interchange.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
- Ability to design scalable and secure IT solutions that support business processes.
- Familiarity with system interoperability and data exchange standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative technology application.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
