Project Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes working closely with various stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the design or redesign of workflows and organizational components. The role requires continuous engagement with teams to ensure that the implemented changes align with the strategic goals and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and effectiveness across the function.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business function initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Experience in designing and re-designing business workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and implement solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address challenges within business functions and deliver practical recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and facilitate productive discussions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
