As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands collaboration with different teams to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of critical applications, contributing to the overall stability and efficiency of business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting incidents and resolutions to enhance team knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve system issues.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
