Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to maintain clear project records.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
- Good To Have Skills: Obbligato(NEC) , Experience with Informatica Cloud.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and work within agile development environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for coding and testing.
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions in software projects.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Japanese Language.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
