Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with strategic objectives and operational requirements, fostering seamless integration and robust system functionality throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Leads multi-instance architecture and enterprise-level solutions on ServiceNow
- Designs end-to-end solutions across multiple applications and modules
- Drives platform strategy
- Strong expertise in data modeling and architecture design
- Designs complex integrations (cross-platform, scalable, secure)
- Defines and enforces governance, best practices, scalability, and security standards
- Works on AI/advanced solutions and innovation initiatives
- Provides technical guidance to tech leads and junior architects
- Ensures optimal platform usage (avoids over-customization)
- Drives reusable framework-based development
- Identifies and resolves performance bottlenecks
- Monitors system health and recommends improvements
- Collaborates closely with business stakeholders and product owners
- Strong understanding of security concepts and enterprise risks
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance IT service management solutions.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with IT service management best practices and frameworks to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
