As an Analytics and Modeling Lead, a typical day involves spearheading initiatives to collect and interpret diverse data sets related to clients and markets. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their analytical capabilities and support their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging analytical methodologies to incorporate best practices into project work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data strategies with organizational goals.
- Assist in the development and refinement of data models to improve accuracy and relevance of insights.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong experience in data integration, transformation, and pipeline development within cloud-based environments.
- Ability to design and implement scalable data models and workflows to support complex analytics.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Experience in optimizing performance of data processing tasks and managing large datasets efficiently.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data analytics platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
