Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure that the software meets specific business requirements. The engineer applies modern development frameworks and follows agile methodologies to build scalable and efficient solutions. Throughout the day, there is a focus on continuous enhancement of software performance and adaptability, ensuring that the delivered products align with evolving organizational goals and user needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software development with broader organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- experience in LangGraph and LangChain which are increasingly important for building and managing complex language model workflows.
- MCP Server & Use Cases, or how it might be used in AI engineering contexts.
- Agents, Protocols, and Multi-Agent Orchestration
- Securing Endpoints & JWT Token Validation-
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, LangGraph, Langchain, MCP Servers, Agent Protocols, Python etc
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AI & Data Strategy, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to integrate AI-driven workflows into existing systems effectively.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
