Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA.
- Experience in managing and tracking software development tasks using Atlassian JIRA.
- Familiarity with agile project management practices and workflows within Atlassian JIRA.
- Ability to customize Atlassian JIRA dashboards and reports to meet team and project needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to software development lifecycle and issue tracking.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Atlassian JIRA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
