Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks, and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations is a key aspect of the daily routine. Continuous improvement and refinement of software components to meet evolving business needs are also integral to the role.
1. At least 6+ years experience in SAP Solution Manager Consulting with Focused Build, ChaRM modules. Cloud ALM exposure is preferable.
2. Hands on experience with SAP Solution manager modules of Project management, ChaRM, Focused Build, Solution Documentation, Test management, Release management, Basic system setup activities.
3. Hands on experience with Focused Build Workflow customization & Enhancements, Test Suite & Document Maintenance capabilities.
4. Experience in working in a regulated environment
5. Strong interpersonal skills ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks
6. Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms.
7. Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills
8. Must be a self-starter, results-oriented and have a track record of timely, high-quality deliverables
9. Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
