Summary:
As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. You will support transformation initiatives by developing business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Engaging with cross-functional teams, you will facilitate discussions that drive innovation and efficiency, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization. Build and configure Copilot Agents
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives.
- Develop and present business cases to stakeholders to secure buy-in for proposed initiatives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Power Platform administration experience with focus on governance, security, environments, DLP policies, and enterprise-scale adoption.
- Copilot Studio development skills for building, integrating, and operating AI-powered copilots connected to business processes and data.
- Power Automate flow development for end-to-end process automation, system integration, and low-code solution enablement.
- Solid Azure foundational knowledge covering cloud concepts, identity, security, governance, and platform integration
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in developing and implementing business solutions that drive efficiency.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies to guide implementation efforts.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of overall project / IT experience.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
