Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. Your role will require collaboration with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required standards and effectively serve the users' needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement necessary changes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of application deployment and version control systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Knowledge of database management and integration techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
