Project Role Description : Provide consulting services and advice on complex enterprise transformations involving one or more technology platforms. Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

Summary:
As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the IT function aligns with organizational goals. You will also focus on providing strategic insights and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports and recommendations based on analysis and findings.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Experience with system integration and data migration.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
