Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications developed are efficient, reliable, and tailored to support business objectives effectively. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to meet evolving requirements are also key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Familiarity with business process analysis and translating requirements into technical specifications.
- Skilled in maintaining application performance and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday US Absence Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
