Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet project goals and act as the main liaison throughout the development process. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth progress from conception to deployment, fostering collaboration and maintaining clear communication channels within the team and with clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting application design and configuration details to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with team members to identify potential improvements and contribute to continuous process enhancement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Experience with cloud-based communication platforms and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with application configuration and deployment in cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contact center software solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
