Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in development and testing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Object Management Workbench Development.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Object Management Workbench Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
