Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with organizational goals. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand application demands, refining system designs, and implementing configurations that enhance operational efficiency. The role demands adaptability and creativity to develop applications that effectively support business objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
- Familiarity with database design and management using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full stack.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
