As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and define detailed requirements. You will engage in designing tailored applications that align with specific business processes and organizational needs. This role requires continuous interaction with various teams to ensure the solutions developed effectively support the intended application requirements, fostering seamless integration and functionality within the business environment. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation to enhance application performance and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve team efficiency and project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with junior professionals to support their learning and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Strong understanding of access control frameworks and security protocols within enterprise applications.
- Experience in designing and implementing role-based security models and user provisioning.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of security features across multiple platforms and systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues to maintain system integrity.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
