What would you do? CF Operations Controllership refers to the management and oversight of an organizations financial reporting and accounting functions. This includes ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, budgeting, and financial analysis. The goal is to provide reliable financial information to support decision-making and maintain financial integrity. Design and implement process and solutions to record and process all aspects of fixed assets accounting. Includes chart of accounts alignment, back office integration, folio management, payment processing, transfer & retirement of assets, physical inventory and Construction In Process (CIP) project accounting.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Job Description Job Summary: The position is primarily responsible for Fixed Asset Accounting, Balance Sheet and P&L analysis and review for all India GU entities as per USGAAP/Local GAAP. The primary responsibilities of this position will be: 1. Handling Fixed Asset related transactions for USGAAP & Local GAAP. 2. Managing Inter Unit Transfer Process 3. Reconciliation of Fixed Assets with physical asset list and obtaining PV confirmations. 4. Various reporting requirements including MIS/Ageing/SOX Controls. 5. Interaction & managing stakeholders. Skills/Professional qualities required. Bachelor’s degree with 4-5 years or Postgraduates with 2-3 years relevant experience in accounting field. Knowledge of IND AS, Accounting and finance best practices. Knowledge of USGAAP would be preferred. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, good communication analytical and presentation skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI knowledge preferred) & SAP preferable.
