What would you do? In our Service Supply Chain offering, we leverage a combination of proprietary technology and client systems to develop, execute, and deliver BPaaS (business process as a service) or Managed Service solutions across the service lifecycle: Plan, Deliver, and Recover. In this role, you will partner with business development and act as a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help build resilient solutions that will enhance our clients supply chains and customer experience. The Logistics Service Representative plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting end-to-end logistics operations. In this position, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers on behalf of Accenture’s clients, providing professional, timely, and solution-oriented communication across phone and email channels. You will help keep operations running smoothly by accurately maintaining company systems and databases, resolving customer needs with care and efficiency, and supporting quality standards and program requirements. What are we looking for? • 0-12+ months previous customer service experience • Undergraduate / Bachelor’s degree • Fluency in English is required • Attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Results-driver with action orientation
Roles and Responsibilities: • Advise customers on behalf of Accenture’s clients • Interact with customers via various methods of communication • Utilize client’s third parties to provide the entitled service • Follow detailed instructions as outlined in company documents • For service level agreement in jeopardy, follow established escalation rules • Resolve customer complaints and escalations • Update applicable program database(s) accurately • Appropriately handle challenging and unique customer situations in accordance with Accenture policies • Identify and escalate data or program specific issues to appropriate level of management • May be responsible for multiple programs and working cross-functionally through programs • Please note that this role may require you to work in flexible shifts
