As a Quality Assurance Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting quality assurance programs to monitor performance and compliance of processes, procedures, and policies. You will collaborate with global quality, process improvement, and delivery teams to assess knowledge, support learning needs, and contribute to the development of quality methodologies and processes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role. Advanced proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA) is required. Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Application Testing is suggested.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement quality enhancements
Provide expert guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices and methodologies
Analyze complex data sets to support decision-making and improve quality outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality standards and objectives
Drive continuous learning initiatives to elevate team capabilities and performance
This role requires 5 days away per quarter mandate by the client
This role requires working on-site at the client’s office (3) days per week
Basic Qualifications:

5+ years minimum of Playwright/MCP Testing

5+ years minimum of SQL

Advanced proficiency in Quality Assurance QA

Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language SQL is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Application Testing is suggested.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
