Manage and operate infrastructure and operations aligned with service and experience level agreements.
Maintain reliable and secure IT infrastructure to support organizational needs.
Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement and increased operational effectiveness.
Govern ongoing service delivery and implement enhancements to meet evolving requirements.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Intermediate proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
Advanced proficiency in Service Management Governance.
A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Intermediate proficiency in Infrastructure Service Incident Management.
Intermediate proficiency in Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Advanced proficiency in Problem Solving.
Intermediate proficiency in Process Improvement.
Beginner proficiency in Risk Management.
