We are looking for a Recruiter supporting our Technology business with demonstrated success in attracting competitive talents in the market. If you have the desire and is motivated about recruiting and selecting the best people, then you may be the one that we are looking for!
Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with resource requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.
Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology, including the Internet.
Deliver, and/or support the Recruitment Strategy, marshalling the right talent to deliver on the objectives for each entity.
Reach out and connect with potential pipelines through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
Be able to respond to changes and work with ambiguity. Work with minimal supervision and drive changes.
Understand, empathize issues and competing interests with a key focus on our high touch and engagement philosophy.
Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in recruitment in handling high volume recruitment.
Demonstrated success of driving change within the organization
